In the next five-year plan, Sinkiang Government (literally New Dominion) will organize 8888 projects to train textile players; the projects will include 80 leading enterprisers, 800 top administrators and 80000 skilled workers.
It is reported that want of administrators and experts hamper textile development of Sinkiang city.
During the plan, Government will make use of textile colleges spread across the country, speed up training of people and ensure trainees acquire ability to occupy 20 percent of textile employment.
