During a seminar regarding cooperation in textile industry between China mainland and China Taiwan, all the invitees advocated the need to exploit international markets and creating Chinese brands together.
While China holds the upper hand in ground, labour and industry, Taiwan has the advantage of funds, technique and market access.
Taiwanese merchandisers have invested over US $1.4 billion and China has also imported $115 million of textile machines during January-May this year.
Rapid growth of China mainland textile trade is beneficial to Taiwanese economy as well with the merchandises earning huge profits.
Government officials have stressed that each one must cooperate, take advantage of each other and exploit international markets together.
