Government has implemented anti-dumping measures to prevent dumping of Chinese silk and protect domestic farmers and weavers.

Bill passed in Rajya Sabha as emergency revival steps.
Cheap Chinese silk imports have been adversely affecting the domestic market and it was essential to take anti-dumping steps, informed Minister of State for Textile EVKS Elangovan.
