Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has reorganised Chamber of Kalinga Producers Inc (CKAPI) to enhance the performance of small and medium scale entrepreneurs (SMEs).
CKAPI represents diversified sectors such as loom weaving, furniture, processed foods, ornaments, handicrafts, textile and coffee, informed Noryn Bagano of DTI-Kalinga.
Bagano advised that small scale businessmen should come together so that they could bargain with Government.
Entrepreneurs from all sectors should actively participate in trade fairs and exhibitions for product promotion and development.
