In order to make better use of textile and garment export quota to the US market in the coming times, Inter–ministries of Trade and Industry recently decided not to grant any export license for contracts that have goods value lower than regulated price list.
Deputy Minister of Trade, Do Nhu Dinh, informed that this scheme was a part of the program for making the best use of auto–visa to export textile and garment to the US market.
So far this year, exports turnover of the quota–controlled goods to the US reached roundly $1.7 billion, posted year–on–year increasing of over 10 percent.
