It's the union of East and West that will take textile industry of China to new horizons as markets are focused in East and richer resources are based in West.
Now the two sides have mutually decided to make the West as production base and East will provide huge markets for brands.
Aokang Group, one of the most famous shoe manufacturers in China, has shifted its production base to West, but the company conducts its research in East.
In last year, the unit set up Western Shoe City in Chongqing city, and introduced many local factories related to shoe industry and hundreds of raw material suppliers. The production cost has been reduced and brand presence has been strengthened.
Moreover, in the beginning, Western Government mostly depends on financial support and favoured policy to attract investment. But now, the economic cooperation between East and West China are able to pull investment from corporate world.
