City's crochet club not only teaches people to knit but even to do charity. Club members brought 15 crocheted blankets and donated it to Crestview Convalescent Hospital.
Many of the hospital's residents don't have family or they are out of the state. Several groups during Christmas donate gifts.
This year, crochet club made two major donations. In July, members made blankets for premature babies at Loma Linda University Medical Center. They are even considering about making slippers for their next project.
