On December 21, four leading footwear companies of China officially sued EU for its anti-dumping duty imposed on leather shoes, official sources said.
Aokang Incorporation, strongest private group of China, submitted petition to lower court of EU in Luxembourg.
According to them, the EU has not checked out exact price of the goods made in China before imposing the duty.
