Fabrics exports underwent inspection for first time

For the first time, inspection certificate was issued in Zhangjiagang region after implementation of 'Sino-Ethiopia Cooperation Agreement of Quality Inspection'.

Fabrics worth US $33,700 exported by Huafang Group to Ethiopia were examined by Zhangjiagang Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.

According to the Cooperation Agreement, since October 1, 2006, Government will inspect products with value of more than $2000 exported to Ethiopia.

Government has issued strict instructions to units on apply for inspection before exporting to avoid rejection by customs.
