Text-Mart International Co Ltd, a textile trading enterprise is diversifying into real estate business by launching a condominium project with an investment of Baht1.3 billion near the BTS extension.
The company has been showing a stable growth each year, so it plans to diversify into property business to generate more profit. The group spins about Baht500 million yearly from textile trading.
Sources said that the company has acquired a 17-rai plot on Sukhumvit Soi to develop residential and commercial projects worth up to Baht3.5 billion.
