Saree among 18 items to be included under RoDTEP export scheme

RoDTEP will be given to exports made from March this year, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) said in a notification. Under RoDTEP, various central and state duties, taxes, and levies imposed on input products, among others, will be refunded to exporters. 

“Eighteen tariff lines are being added under RoDTEP for exports made from March **, ****. The products will be eligible for benefits at the rate of *.* per cent of free on board (FOB) value,” Indian media reports quoted the notification as saying.
