The report prepared by the working group tasked to develop a road map for achieving a 5-trillion-dollar Indian economy by 2025 is being circulated among stakeholders for further suggestions. The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) in the ministry of commerce and industry formed the group with participants from the government and the industry.
The group held extensive consultations with stakeholders to better understand their aspirations and potential, according to a press release from the ministry of commerce and industry. (DS)
