On June 27, Paraxylene (PX) market price in Asian markets closed at US$ 1444/ton in CFR Taiwan/Ningbo (excluding India/China/Middle East), a decrease of US$ 14. Similarly, offers for August supply fell to US$ 1450/ton CFR Taiwan form US$ 1465/ton.
While downstream inquiries were quoted at US$ 1435/ton CFR Taiwan in the market, offers for shipments in early August were quoted at US$ 1440/ton.
At the Management-of-Change (MoC) window, most negotiations were centred around US$ 1450/ton.
