In the Asian market, benzene fell US $14 from the previous trading day to close at US $1235-1238 / ton (FOB Korea).
The Chinese domestic benzene market was stable amid weakness on Wednesday, market trade appeared flat.
Benzene price ranged 8500-8550 Yuan / ton in East China, stood at 8450-8550 Yuan / ton in South China and was quoted at 8600-8700 Yuan / ton in North China.
Although market resources were limited, overseas offers fell sharply, downstream demand weakened under cautious watching atmosphere, overall turnover was moderate and transactions were limited.
Short-term market conditions are expected to be based on correction.
