Oriental Union Chemical Corp (OUCC), based in Lin Yuan – Japan is planning a maintenance shutdown of its MEG plant in first quarter of 2012.
While talking to a company official, he revealed that the MEG plant with a production capacity of 300,000 tons per annum will be taken off-stream somewhere in the first quarter of 2012.
He added that the plant will remain shutdown for a period of one month.
