Chinese market trends of viscose staple fiber (VSF) were still in doldrums on March 5.
VSF producers offered in the range of 17,000-17,200 Yuan / ton, but mostly based on the mode of one negotiation for one order.
High-end VSF was traded around 17,000 Yuan / ton and medium-end was transacted at 16,700-16,900 Yuan / ton.
However, a few high-end VSF producers even delivered 1.2D to long-term customers at 16,500 Yuan / ton.
Some manufacturers began to conclude monthly sales. Shipment of over 100 tons in Fujian region showed the intention in the range of 16,300-16,500 Yuan / ton.
