At present, Chinese domestic polyester POY price shows a weak downward trend and market quotations have started to decline.
The latest offers from major POY companies have moved lower, POY75/36F is priced at 12,200 Yuan / ton, POY100/48F is priced at 11,800 Yuan/ ton and POY150/48F is at 11,650 Yuan/ ton.
Now the inventory level of POY is about three weeks, therefore, POY market is expected to undergo an adjustment in the short term.
