In the Chinese PTA spot import market, offers for Taiwanese goods were in the range of US $900-905/ ton on June 13. Sporadic bids wre around $880 / ton and negotiated price was about $890 / ton.
Offers for Korea produced goods were around $890 / ton, sporadic bids were for about $870 / ton and discussed price was about $880 / ton.
The domestic PTA spot market in East China had some sporadic offers around 7,050 Yuan / ton on June 13, while buying bids were in the range of 6,900-6,950 Yuan / ton; negotiated price was in the range of 6,950-7,000 Yuan / ton. However, there were no reports of any firm transactions.
