Honam operates two PP plants, one at Yeosu and the other at Daesan. The plant at Yeosu has two PP lines with a combined capacity of 600,000 tons per year and three PP lines at its Daesan plant with a capacity of 500,000 tons per annum.
On being prodded further to reveal maintenance schedules at the PP plants, he said, “Currently there is no plan for shutdown down this year, as we have already finished maintenance on all lines this year and last year as well”.
On asked to reveal the current PP price trends, he informed by saying, “Prices of PP sold in China market is US $1350 / ton (CFR China)”.
