PTA prices went up in the Asian region. In S E Asian market, PTA prices surged up and were quoted in the range of US$ 955/ton to US$ 960/ton. In F E Asian market, PTA prices were offered at US$ 950/ton. PTA imported from Taiwanese market increased and were offered in the range of US$ 945/ton to US$ 950/ton. In Chinese domestic market, PTA prices stayed stable and were assessed in the range RMB 7150/ton to RMB 7200/ton.
Ethylene prices followed the mixed trend in Asia. In S E Asian region, Ethylene prices remained steady and were quoted in the range of US$ 930/ton to US$ 935/ton. In F E Asian region, Ethylene prices increased were assessed at US$ 900/ton.
In U.S.A market, Ethylene prices plunged down and were quoted in the range of 41.50 cents/pound to 42.00 cents/pound. Ethylene prices declined in European international and domestic market, and were quoted at US$ 1005/ton and € 830/ton, respectively.
MEG prices increased in the Asian market. In S E Asian region, MEG prices went up and were offered at US$ 855/ton. In China market, MEG prices surged up in the range of US$ 845/ton to US$ 850/ton. In Chinese domestic market, MEG prices stayed stable and were quoted in the range of RMB 6425/ton to RMB 6475/ton.
In S E Asian region, BG PET Chips prices remained steady in the range of US$ 1290/ton to US$ 1310/ton. In F E Asian market, selling offers were around US$ 1300/ton for export goods. In Chinese market, BG PET Chip prices increased and were quoted at RMB 9200/ton.
In Korean market, FG PET Chips prices remained steady and were offered in the range of US$ 1180/ton to US$ 1220/ton. In Indian market, FOB based price were quoted in the range of US$ 1220/ton to US$ 1260/ton. In Chinese market, FG PET Chip prices went up and were offered in the range of RMB 9025/ton to RMB 9075/ton.
PSF prices went up in the Asia. In F E Asian market, PSF prices surged up to US$ 1380/ton. In S E Asian market, PSF selling offers were quoted at US$ 1280/ton. In Chinese domestic market, PSF prices went up and were quoted in the range of RMB 9675/ton to RMB 9725/ton.
In Chinese domestic market, prices of Polyester POY, DTY and FDY remained unchanged and were assessed at RMB 9600/ton, RMB 11000/ton and RMB 9400/ton, respectively. In export market, offers for POY DTY and FDY remained steady and were witnessed at US$ 1280/ton, US$ 1460/ton, and US$ 1235/ton, respectively.
