Ethylene prices up in Europe & MEG in SE Asia

In both, SE Asia and in FE Asia, ethylene was steady and assessed at US $980 per ton. In USA, it was quoted at 41.852 cents/pound, stable from July 6.

In the European international market, ethylene was offered at $1025 per ton and in the same domestic market it grew $20 to $880 per ton on July 9.

MEG prices in SE Asia rose $10 to $895 per ton. In China, MEG trends dipped $10 to $880-885 per ton, while in the Chinese domestic market, it stayed steady at RMB 6750 per ton.
