In the domestic East China market, however, CPL prices remained flat and cargo holders quoted price in the range of 19,200-19,300 yuan/ton. Downstream manufacturers bid for price of around 19,000 yuan/ton and actual negotiations were limited to the price range of 19,100-19,200 yuan/ton. Trading atmosphere remained dull.
