KPIC operating naphtha cracker at full capacity rates

Korea Petrochemical Company (KPIC) refuted reports in a section of the media about its naphtha cracker running at reduced capacity rates.

Speaking to Fibre2fashion, a KPIC official said, “The naphtha cracker is currently operating at full 100 percent capacity rates”.

The cracker located in Onsan has a capacity to produce 470,000 tons per annum of ethylene.
