Petrochemical projects to be developed in near future

Being centrally located in Eurasia, Iran has a great geostrategic importance. It also has a large supply of petroleum.
Looking into this, 12 petrochemical projects will be developed here in the coming years according to the National Petrochemical Company (NPC). It will cover an area of 2,000 KM from southern to northwestern Iran.
The ethylene line, in Tabriz, will provide Tabriz Petrochemical Company with raw material of about 150,000 tons.
The Tabriz Petrochemical Company's domestic sales go beyond $300 million per annum.
