Propylene prices showed a new spark as they recovered considerably over last week. Quotes for Far East rose significantly and that for Europe also followed the trend.
Far East region propylene prices:
Propylene, FOB South Korea, at US $1090-1100 per ton
Propylene, FOB Japan, at US $1050 per ton
Propylene prices in Europe:
Propylene (polymerization level), FD Northwest Europe, at Euro 900-910 per metric ton.
Propylene (polymerization level), CIF Northwest Europe, at Euro 885-895 per metric ton.
