Currently the pure benzene price from Dushanzi Petrochemical factory is around 8400 yuan per metric ton, for export as well as for domestic market.
Recently some cargo in eastern China is offered around 9250 yuan per metric ton.
Dushanzi Petrochemical plans to overhaul all installations in August-September, including pure benzene devices. Its production is around 50,000 tons per year.
