Current market situation of acrylonitrile is still on rise, most domestic manufacturers continue to overhaul, while product supply is limited in market.
Local traders and downstream producers are not keen in taking more goods under pressure of high costs when shipment arrivals in domestic ports are limited. Price in East China ports is at 16500-16600 yuan per ton, though in North China, it's 16,500 yuan per ton.
Regarding offers from overseas, mainstream cost of CFR China main ports is still at US $1,760 per ton, with several proposals at $1640-1660 per ton. However, CFR China main ports, transaction is extremely thin.
