Ethylene prices on August 22 have shown a mix trend with a dip in rates for the Asian region where as that for Europe and Far East recorded a rise as compared to last week.
Asia region ethylene prices:
Ethylene, CFR Northeast Asia, at US $1300-1310 per metric ton.
Ethylene, CFR Southeast Asia, at US $1300-1310 per metric ton.
Far East region ethylene prices:
Ethylene, FOB Korea, at US $1305 per metric ton.
Ethylene, FOB Japan, at US $1295 per metric ton.
Europe ethylene prices:
Ethylene, FD Northwest Europe, at Euro 978-982 per metric ton.
Ethylene, CIF Northwest Europe, at US $1315-1319 per metric ton.
