Ethylene market continued to show depressing trend, adversely affected by slow demand and global raw material scenario. Prices for Asian and Far East regions recorded a slight drop on October 31, however, for Europe these rates demonstrated a mixed trend as compared to the last week.
Asia region ethylene prices:
Ethylene, CFR Northeast Asia, at US $1110-1120 per metric ton.
Ethylene, CFR Southeast Asia, at US $1095-1105 per metric ton.
Far East region ethylene prices:
Ethylene, FOB Korea, at US $1080 per metric ton.
Ethylene, FOB Japan, at US $1080 per metric ton.
Europe ethylene prices:
Ethylene, FD Northwest Europe, at Euro 937.00-941.00 per metric ton.
Ethylene, CIF Northwest Europe, at US $1352.00-1356.00 per metric ton.
