Now, spandex market in Shaoxing area remains dull. Although manufacturers have recently increased their prices, the operating rate of downstream sector is still not high.
Currently, market price for 40D spandex is at about 67000-70000 yuan per ton and 20D spandex is at 118,000 yuan per ton.
Due to the negative impact of sluggish procurement from downstream sector, market price is more likely to decline further.
