Ethylene prices for most regions recorded a considerable rise on January 16, as compared to last week. While on January 9, quotations for Northeast Asia stood around US $1300-1310 per metric ton, yesterday they had climbed to US $1380-1390 per metric ton.
However, for Europe the rates registered a drop from last week's Euro 1010.00-1015.00 per metric ton, settling around the range of Euro 995-1000 per metric ton.
