Recently, it was announced that the biggest super-fine fibre production project Fujian province, sponsored by Anan (China) Co Ltd, will be set up in Changtai County.
Reportedly the total investment in this project will be around US $55 million.
The work on the project will begin in October this year and it is expected to be complete by the end of 2009.
The estimated yearly output value of this base will reach 2 billion yuan. It is predicted that the annual production of material for top-grade shoe fabric may touch 30 million meters in length.
The experts believe that in these difficult times, it has become necessary for Chinese shoes enterprises to concentrate on middle and high-grade products. Thus, fabrics manufactured at this facility will have a huge market and strong potential for development.
