Latest data shows that the downward trend of other textile raw materials like ethylene and benzene has extended to naphtha this month.
While in European market, spot cargoes were quoted in the range of $957-$967 per ton CIF Northwest Europe in late-August, prices dropped to around $845 on September 24, 2008.
November cargo prices stood around $841.32 per ton C+F, Tokyo.
