In recent days, there is very less activity in spot markets of PTA imports and it seems to be a position of stalemate in China.
Sellers of PTA are quoting at US $830-840 per ton, while buyers are making counter offers at only $820 per ton.
A few traders increased their offers to $825 per ton, but since the gap is still $5 per ton, so no transaction reports are being reported.
