Import market of spot PTA was weak on August 10. Market offers were quoted at between US $960-970 per ton, while inquiries from the lower reaches were at $950-960 per ton.
The PTA trade showed an inclination of around $960 per ton, which is the average of quotes from sellers and buyers. Buyer's intention shows much more of a wait-and-see attitude and actual offers were light.
