Prices of Benzene in Asian markets displayed bullish trend on September 2. Prices grew by US $8 per ton (FOB Korea) for spot deliveries, deliveries in September and October. Prices for spot deliveries moved from $776-777 per ton to $784-785 per ton.
For arrivals in second half of September, prices inched up from $777-778 per to $785-786 per ton and for those in first half of October moved from $776-778 per to $784-786 per ton on September 2, 2009.
Likewise, prices of benzene (FOB Korea) rose from $775-776 per ton to $783-784 per ton and $774-775 per ton to $782-783 per ton for arrivals in first half and second half of November, respectively.
