TPT Thailand is planning a maintenance turnaround of their PTA plant which has a capacity of 520,000 tons per annum, tentatively in August.
Official sources informed Fibre2fashion that the plant located in Rayong province will be tentatively shut down for a period of about two weeks in August 2010.
He also added by saying that currently the plant is running at full operational rates.
