Spot price of propylene in Asian markets could no longer sustain their previous levels, under the continued influence of the slump in international oil price and weakness of downstream propylene products.
Asian propylene market closed at US $1150-1230 per ton CFR Northeast Asia last week. Its high-end price crashed by $90 per ton, while low-end slumped $110 per ton.
