In the Asian markets, benzene fell US $7 / ton from the previous trading day and closed at $790-793 / ton (FOB Korea). The Chinese domestic pure benzene market appeared stable on Wednesday, but market atmosphere slowed down.
In East China, market price ranged between 6300-6350 Yuan / ton, the price in South China stood at 6200-6250 Yuan / ton and the price in North China marked at 6200-6300 Yuan / ton.
Impacted by plummeting oil prices, market sentiment of domestic benzene turned light, most traders were waiting and watching.
Market participants expect that short-term benzene market will continue to face small correction.
