In Chinese market, Caprolactam (CPL) prices again move down by RMB 200 / ton, and new price assessed around RMB 21100 / ton. CPL spot price surged around US $2630 / ton, while main transactions were conducted $2545-2575 / ton. Higher range prices were around $2610 / ton, but with limited volume.
Nylon chips price remained stable around RMB 23400 / ton. In Asian market, spot offers for high speed spinning semi dull nylon 6 chips edged up to $2810-2835 / ton, but very few transactions were done at this level since consumers have enough inventories.
Nylon POY and DTY prices remained stable around RMB 25400 / ton and RMB 28400 / ton respectively. While Nylon FDY price again gained by RMB 100 / ton and its new price assessed around RMB 26400 / ton.
