In Asian market, propylene price bounced back by US $10 / ton and new price assessed around $1140/ton. Propylene price in European market remained stable around €920 / ton and in Japan and Korea, it stood around $1130 / ton and $1120 / ton, respectively.
In Far East Asia, acrylonitrile (ACN) price stood steady around $2000 / ton while in South East Asia, price was quoted around $2020 / ton. In Chinese market, ACN price assessed around RMB 17500 / ton.
In Chinese market, Acrylic Staple Fibre price stood steady around RMB 20900 / ton and Acrylic top price also remain stable around RMB 21900 / ton. Downstream demand for acrylic staple fibre might increase due to inventory build-up needs, but actual demand remained flat.
