PTA market in North China was slightly softer on October 19. Mainstream market price fell to 8,500 Yuan / ton, bids from downstream market were 8400-8450 Yuan / ton, but actually negotiated price was 8460 Yuan / ton. The market was under heavy wait and watch sentiment and actual negotiations were scarce.
PTA market in East China weakened on October 19. Mainstream market offers were 8450-8500 Yuan / ton, bids from downstream market were around 8400 Yuan / ton, but actually negotiated price was around 8450 Yuan / ton.
