Benzene price declined to around US $940 / ton. In Korean market, it was assessed in the range of $940-945 / ton. In Rotterdam market, price was quoted around $970-980 / ton and in European spot market, initial November benzene price was discussed around €702 / ton.
Price of Nylon POY, FDY and DTY increased in Chinese domestic market by RMB 500 and stood at RMB 28000 / ton, RMB 29100 / ton and RMB 31100 / ton, respectively. Speculators expect price to remain firm in short term future.
Caprolactam offers in Chinese domestic market grew to RMB 23000 / ton with a gain of RMB 300. CPL in Chinese spot market sentiment declined in the range of $2750-2760 / ton.
Nylon chip traded around RMB 25200 / ton in Chinese market. Offer price in China rose by RMB 500 and stood in the range of RMB 25000-25200 / ton. In export market, price was around $2920 / ton.
