Propylene price was assessed at US $1145 / ton, unchanged from yesterday. Trading hovered in the range of $1140-1145 / ton in S E Asia. Propylene price increased in Japanese and Korean market to $1215 / ton and $1205 / ton, respectively.
In Chinese market, Acrylic Staple Fibre price was stable at level of RMB 22500 / ton. Price of Acrylic top was steady around RMB 23300 / ton.
Spot price in acrylic fibre market stood in the range of $2150-2200 / ton (CFR India), counter bids were quoted at $2080-2100 / ton (CFR India), despite peak production season.
In Acrylonitrile market, prices remain unchanged. In F E Asian market, ACN price checked in around $2145 / ton, while in S E Asia, price was around $ 2135 / ton.
