Paraxylene price underwent an increase of around US $10 / ton in S E Asian market and moved to in the range of $1245-1250 / ton. PX price in S Korea and in European region too surged by $10 and reached the level of $1240 / ton and $1160 / ton, respectively.
PTA price declined by $15 / ton in S E Asian and F E Asian market and reached the level of $1155 / ton and $1160 / ton, respectively.
Ethylene market observed stability throughout. Price in S E Asia remained at $955 / ton. Price of N W Europe too continued to remain constant at $1045 / ton. N E Asian ethylene price stayed stable in the range of $975-980 / ton.
MEG market in S E Asia observed a minor fall in price by around $5 / ton and was assessed at $1015 / ton. Price in China market too noticed a decline of $5 / ton and stirred in the range of $1010-1015 / ton.
