Benzene price was range bound in between US $915-920 / ton in S E Asian market. In Chinese market, price was around of $920 / ton. In Korean market, it was quoted in the range of $910-915 / ton.
Price of Nylon POY FDY and DTY was stable at RMB 29500 / ton, RMB 32000 / ton and RMB 32800 / ton, respectively. Price is expected to decline in near future due to weak upstream.
Caprolactam offers in Chinese market remain unchanged from the previous day. In Chinese domestic market, it was assessed at RMB 23000-23200 / ton. CPL offers in Chinese spot market stood at $2800 / ton but traded in the range of $2780-2785 / ton. Market is expecting a further price reduction in near future.
Nylon chip remain unchanged in Chinese domestic market at around RMB 25800 / ton. In Chinese market, imported Nylon Semi dull textile grade high speed spinning chips were offered at around $3100-3150 / ton.
