Propylene price spurted up to in the range of US$ 1355/ton to US$ 1360/ton. In Korea and Japan, propylene prices were at around US$ 1385/ton and US$ 1375/ton, respectively.
Price of propylene in N W European domestic market remained in the range of € 1115/ton to € 1120/ton. In India, price of propylene increased to US$ 1355/ton. In U.S.A market, price was in the range of 78.25 cents/pound to 78.50 cents/pound.
Acrylonitrile market too went up and prices hovered in the range of US$ 2445/ton to US$ 2455/ton in F E Asian and S E Asian countries. In Chinese domestic market, ACN price was stable in the range of RMB 19900/ton to RMB 20100/ton.
In Chinese domestic market price of ASF and Acrylic top was stable at level of RMB 24200/ton and RMB 25000/ton, respectively.
