Polyplex Europa starts polyester film production in Turkey

Leading thin polyester film producer Polyplex Corporation Ltd (PCL) informed that the company's subsidiary Polyplex Europa Polyester Film Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Turkey (Polyplex Europa) has began Ployester Film production.
The plant will be located in European Free Zone in Corlu, Turkey. Company decides to set up a new polyester film line in Europe with a capacity of 24,000 TPA.
This will add an 8.7m film line with a captive cogeneration power plant of 3 MW capacities.
Noida, India based PET film maker Polyplex currently has a capacity of 45,000 TPA between its plants in India and Thailand.
The Company is now increasing this capacity by installing a new line of 24,000 TPA at its existing plant location in India. This capacity enhancement will make Polyplex the 5th largest Thin Film Producer in the world.
