Paraxylene price went up in S E Asian region, due to fear of supply shortage. Price was in between US$ 1665/ton US$ 1675/ton. In F E Asian market price hovered in the range of US$ 1675/ton to US$ 1680/ton. PX price in Korean market was marked around US$ 1670/ton. In Chinese market, PX price stood around US$ 1670/ton.
Asian PTA price went down, in the range of US$ 1495/ton to US$ 1500/ton. Price of PTA in F E Asian region was quoted at US$ 1470/ton. In Indian market, PTA price was quoted around US$ 1500/ton. In Chinese market, price of PTA assessed down in the range of RMB 11400/ton to RMB 11550/ton.
Ethylene price opened with weak sentiment in S E Asian market and assessed in the range of US$ 1250/ton to US$ 1255/ton. F E Asian market price was in the range of US$ 1250/ton to US$ 1255/ton. In European international and domestic market price was stable at US$ 1565/ton and € 1200/ton, respectively. In U.S.A market, ethylene was around 53.35 cents/pound to 54.65 cents/pound.
MEG price remained weak in the global markets. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1230/ton to US$ 1235/ton. In Indian markets, price of MEG declined to the range of US$ 1230/ton to US$ 1240/ton.
FGPET Chips price remained stable in S E Asian region. It was in the range of US$ 1930/ton to US$ 1940/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers was in the range of US$ 1935/ton to US$ 1945/ton for goods to be exported.
FGPET Chips prices in Korean markets were in the range of US$ 1840/ton to US$ 1850/ton. Price in Indian market was assessed in the range of US$ 1845/ton to US$ 1850/ton.
