Paraxylene market prices remained stable at US$ 1515/ton, despite weak energy market. In S E Asian region, price was quoted in between US$ 1510/ton and US$ 1520/ton. In the F E Asian market, price hovered in the range of US$ 1515/ton to US$ 1525/ton. In Chinese market, price went down to US$ 1520/ton.
In S E Asian markets, PTA price went up to around US$ 1220/ton. In Chinese market, PTA price opened around RMB 9550/ton but trading price hovered in between RMB 9500/ton to RMB 9600/ton. In Asian market PTA price inclined to US$ 1220/ton to US$ 1225/ton.
Ethylene price went down in S E Asian market and was marked in the range of US$ 1340/ton to US$ 1355/ton. F E Asian market price was in the range of US$ 1295/ton to US$ 1300/ton. In European international and domestic market, price remained stable around US$ 1547/ton and € 1135/ton, respectively. In USA market, ethylene was quoted around 68.25 cents/pound to 68.75 cents/pound.
MEG markets bounced back in global market. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1115/ton to US$ 1120/ton. In Indian markets, price of MEG inclined to around US$ 1110/ton to US$ 1120/ton and in Chinese market, MEG price stood in the range of RMB 8700/ton to RMB 8750/ton.
BGPET Chips price went up, in S E Asian region and was in between US$ 1710/ton to US$ 1720/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers were around US$ 1715/ton for exportable goods. In Chinese market BG PET Chip was at RMB 12350/ton.
FGPET Chips prices in Korean markets remained stable around US$ 1570/ton to US$ 1580/ton and in Indian market; it was assessed in the range of US$ 1560/ton to US$ 1580/ton. In Chinese market FG PET Chip was at RMB 11850/ton to RMB 11900/ton.
PSF price went down in Chinese market and offers hovered around US$ 1825/ton to US$ 1840/ton. In Indian market 1.4 D PSF was around INR 95.75/Kg. 1.4 D Super black was around INR 106.25/Kg. In S E Asian market PSF offers were around US$ 1785/ton. In Chinese domestic market PSF offers were around RMB 12650/ton.
